Our Background
GRACE was created when we recognized there is a significant gap in employment opportunities for individuals reentering society after incarceration and survivors of domestic violence, particularly in fields outside of construction and labor. These pathways, while important, are often limited and fail to accommodate the diverse skills, experiences, and aspirations of our clients. The lack of access to training, education, and support systems in industries such as renewable energy, healthcare, or creative sectors restricts their potential for long-term success and financial independence. Addressing this gap requires a holistic approach that includes offering specialized programs, mentorship, and resources that empower individuals to pursue careers aligned with their interests and strengths, ultimately leading to more sustainable and fulfilling employment opportunities.
